What We Do

This is achieved by advising on how best to manage and control document output, assessing the total number of hardware devices required. We provide specifications on a “need to have” not “nice to have” basis, and also give advice on reducing unnecessary output/wastage. Optimising performance across all output devices results in a cost efficient service support programme.

STS does not look for its profit return from the supply of hardware and software, but drives its profitability by capturing and servicing a client’s total document output by the most cost effective, reliable and efficient methods.

STS are not “consultants” or “middle men” who make profit as either a percentage of savings or by charging fees. STS only produces profit from future service income making them totally responsible and accountable for their independent hardware recommendations.

This allows a true partnership to be developed as STS becomes the office equipment advisor, procurement specialist and service provider on behalf of the client.
