STS is a pioneer within the office equipment sector for creating new ways of reducing the impact of CO₂ emissions and land–fill on the environment created by the use of office equipment.

STS is focused on helping our clients reduce their Carbon Footprint by some very creative solutions.

STS provide and service large format printing sytems to the Newspaper Industry to print the bill–posters with the Headline or breaking news story of the day. STS currently support the production of over 15 million posters each year. By making modifications to the Print systems STS are able to reduce the disposal of waste toner cartridges which would normally go to land–fill by over 95%.

Today, STS not only looks at different solutions for the recycling of toner cartriges but also provides a range of remanufactured copiers and printers. Ultimately, the best way to reduce the impact on the environment is to only produce what your business requires. This again, is where STS can help with their review process and by recommending better ways of producing and storing data electronically without the need for hard copy output and advising on where to reduce unnecessary print.
